Renovation Minimale.

As the new law concerning secondary houses in switzerland takes effect, this ongoing project proposes a minimal but efficient renovation. Having a spectacular view on the "lago maggiore", the rooms are now more open and two aditional beds were fitted in, now offering eight sleeping spaces. The facade is newly isolated and has been clarified, making the chimeney and the "grotto" the main elements framing the building.
